Where are my beginners at? 🙋♀️❤️This one is for you!! Even though this is a beginner style workout… it still gave me a GREAT burn! 🔥 I love these types of workouts because they really put an emphasis on FORM and we use slow and controlled movements to really feel that burn! I didn’t feel like this was a beginner exercise. I’m just starting out and some of these were very hard for me. For instance the plank ones.

Yes! Thank you! I can't believe I've found a truly beginner workout! I have avoided sports all my life, so I'm as flexible as an armchair, and this is the first workout where I am able to follow the instructions and perform the movement with intentions, instead of flailing my arms around and grasping the point of the exercise in the last 4 seconds!! Thank you so much!!

This was actually a beginner ab workout and really enjoyable. I can't stand trying to puzzle out some new super complex made up exercise ever twenty seconds. So you're ab workouts will definitely be my new go to!
