I appreciate this workout. I had a near death experience in 2013 that was supposed to leave me using a walker to get around for the rest of my life. Leg days are hard, but this video is extremely helpful.

i have been doing your workouts since 2012, i started with your begginer boxing workout where you were putting on blue shirt, then i moved 5 times a week trying everything until i found my own routine. In the end all your workouts changed my life, soon it will be six years i am working out with you…you are my coach untill my last breathe

Really nice, basic, yet challenging workout. Good for beginners and more advanced. Love their personalities too, not cheesy-nice but just friendly and “normal”.
