I started this workout March 12 and have been doing it Monday-Friday ever since. I’m 18m pp from twins and I’ve had two previous c section. I have noticed my gap getting smaller as well as my core just being stronger. When I started workout out I couldn’t hold a low plank for 5-10sec now I’m holding for 45-50sec without any issues! Thanks so much!!!

How do you know if your tummy is coning/doming when there’s way too much fat/flubber to tell? It cones/domes anyway because of the excess fat.

Absolutely LOVE this Abd. video! I'm 2.5 yrs post partum 😉 After having 4 children in 7 years my stomach has constantly looked "pregnant"…but after starting this video it's starting to shrink!! Yea! So pleased! My #1 reason for being consistent with this video is it's 10 min! NO ONE should have an excuse to not work your Abs for 10 mins!!
Love the workout, but can you pick cleaner music? The lyrics to both of the songs were very sexual and dirty. Hard to play this video and workout with my children present.

If you have diastasis recti are you limited to the DR options? I have it and can do the regular versions okay but I don’t want to be doing any damage!

I don't know if anyone can relate to this but I'm 5months pp. No ab separation and I stayed fairly "fit" during my 3rd pregnancy. I have tried every postpartum core healing exercise under the sun and I never feel anything. It's like my core doesn't even exist 😭 my back hurts and I just cannot for the life of me connect mentally to my core. I feel so defeated. what am I doing wrong?
