"Light 5 pounds weights"…here I am with my 1 kg weights (a little more than 2 pounds) and still struggling with the flies and keeping the arm extended for 30 seconds. Any workout where I make it through without pausing or skipping is a win, though.
Okay help please. One arm is building muscle while the other is still flabby as can be. Like one looks muscular and the other doesn't. I always do each workout evenly, but for some reason I always feel the burn in my left arm (muscle) and not my right (no muscle). Why is this? This workout was great btw… worked my left arm a lot (not my right arm though for some reason)
