That was absolutely amazing, recently was told I can’t go to the gym and it has been sooo tough. It was lovely to do this small session so I can still move and the wee affirmations were so so sweet, and very much needed. Will be following for more, thank you <3

This is only the second pilates workout that I've tried to do, and just like the last one, I really didn't actually do many of the exercises out of sheer inability to get into the proper position, but I did try to do every one, and it made me laugh a lot at my amateur hour moves, and I felt proud of the exercises that I got even close to right. We're all a work in progress!
WOW! This is the only pilates workout I have not got bored when doing (I have ADHD) so this is a HUGE compliment. I absolutely LOVE adding the affirmations

Day 1. I tried another beginners workout yesterday and it was very hard so I thought badly about myself for finding a beginners mode hard but doing this made me feel better and I will probably follow ur workouts from now on 🙂
Day 2. Felt better than yesterday, my bum hurted all night but will continue, made me feel relaxed and my stomach feels tighter
SPOILER ALERT :
basically I got bored after like day 10 of doing it and I switched to another of her workouts and it worked a lot better for me
These 10 min were hell by the mid. Thanks a lot. Didn't know I need more stamina.

Recovering from cdiff and leaky gut so can't do anything too hard. My doctor recommended pilates and it's a challenge without it causing my inflammation! Love your videos!

I do national level water polo and boy.. this workout had me going 🥵 I consider myself a fit person but I am so glad I tried this out LMAO! Got my holiday in 2 weeks and just wanna get a toned stomach so thank you !

This was such a lovely workout. I have been in a bad place mentally for a while now and have gained so much weight, but I got motivation to do a workout today and I’m so glad I did. I love how you take a moment to stretch out while saying affirmations. I’m trying to heal myself so telling myself I am beautiful and I can do this made me very emotional. Basically I’m a dancer, and I’ve been looking for ways to get stronger, and this really helped!! We do conditioning at dance, but I personally like this better. I really felt this in my legs too!
