How many days per week should be done for a total beginner??
I am 6’3 250 and severely overweight. Depressed (not sorry for myself). Lack of motivation, bad attitude…etc. Thank you so much for your content. Im so exhausted i could barely do this, but i did it. I am able to achieve much more in 10 minutes with you than the 10 minutes of “trying to start” with no plan. Seriously thank you for giving me something I can actually achieve. I feel awesome.
