I remember when I first started yoga I thought that poses like Crow and Wheel were the truly challenging aspects of practice; now I know it is holding your attention and focus on your breath throughout. This is an excellent reminder of that even if you are a seasoned yogi(ni). Namaste 🙏🏻
Thank you❤

I'm a total beginner! I'm trying at home for help of fibromyalgia. I chose to practice today with you and honestly you HELP so MUCH!!!! I love how you explain that you go as far as you can. Positions might not be perfect. Also it helps so much when you wait for me to change positions. Thank you.
did this on my third day of yoga, ever! i really enjoyed this one a lot. i love how you explain poses thoroughly in a clear and calm manner. realy easy to follow while i close my eyes and try to pay attention to my breathing. thank you so much!

My back was in so much pain I could hardly walk. I did this workout, and it's made a huge improvement. Thank you. Now, to just sort my ankle out! I love your dog in the video's.

Hi, I've had a knee replacement and find it difficult to put weight on my knee any advice for alternative poses?
Is this part of a series for beginners like me? Tried this one and it's good, probably better than the mobile device ones I have tried. Should this one be done for several days or is there a day 2, 3, etc?

Trying to get my partner into yoga and he says "this video has too much breathing". Does anyone have any recommendations for beginner mobility workouts? 20 minutes or less? Please help.
