Happy Friday Everyone, Hope you have all have had a good week and is looking forward to the weekend. some of you mentioned that you have to train in flats/ apartment so to keep good relationship with your neighbours I have designed this workout using Shaolin kung fu principles with minimal noise so that you can train anywhere in including flats/ apartment. Hope you enjoy this workout!😀👍😀

Hi Sifu, I was able to do all of the workout but I could only do the tricep exercises with knees on floor. First time I have tried this exercise. I have been doing Kung Fu since 2014. My age is 63. I am comfortable in a deep horse stance. I was able to do the balance exercise well. I could hold leg high. Suzanne Lazarevski, Laidley, Queensland, Australia.
