1 do not keep everything around u(so you have to move)
2 out of sight out of mind(junk food, chocolates)
3 keep your workout clothes and shoes in
front of u
4 invest in good membership ( health check-ups, dairy products)
5 keep weighing machine
6 use smart gadgets efficiently
7 choose a gym in your daily route
8 don't prepare food in bulk
9 delete all food apps from your phone
10 outsource your responsibility(workout partner, dietician)

I usually talk about consistency or habit building. How people take up everything from exercise to portion diets when they start on their fitness journey. 15 days in and human mind resists those changes and suddenly shuts down, unable to continue. I usually advise my friends to be first consistent at one thing either exercise or diet portion for around 2 months and then start with other. Habit building takes it time.
