Weight 228Lbs. 1,300 calories a day. I'm off for the summer so I'll do this workout twice a day for 8 weeks. I'll update in 4 weeks.

Well I was ok with my Weight with no problem but every person I met always body-shamed me including my own mom
I just wanna be skinny so that no one will ever body-shame me again..
And also I want to decrease my weight for my own good

Gonna do twice a day for 1 week starting from 09.05.22
Day 1 ✅ ( wasn't tough just tiny bit tricky in regards to the posture)
Day 2 ✅ (quite shockingly I enjoyed it though felt a little pain around love handles bt got through)
Day 3 ✅ (well biceps start to hurt today else ws just fine)
Day 4 ✅ ( definitely ws a lot easier to get through )
Since most people said they would update on their progress but forgot, I can update! I can't believe how much progress I've made. I started in January (2022) by doing this workout everyday for, like, 3 weeks (and having a low-carb diet at the same time). As it began to feel too easy, I've done the no jumping ones from Roberta's gym that lasts 30 minutes, again, everyday. Then I've switched to the "normal ones" and now (May 2022), I've lost 33lbs / can walk up to 5 hours without feeling tired (when, one year ago, I couldn't even walk for 15 minutes). So, thank you Roberta's gym for making accessibles workout for beginners! It changed my life to see that I could start slow, now I'm more consistent than I ever was.
once I also suffering from obesity , tried a lot of products lot but their is no good results then lastly I tried the planet ayurveda product trim capsules and now I am shocked , it is not a product but in actual it is a magic guys . Thanks planet ayurveda for this.

Did my first workout tonight before bed. I was in pain, my knees, my body felt tight overall. This helped. I need to lose 50 pounds. I did it. I will do it to help me ease back into regular workouts. Thank you! Wishing everyone a great fitness journey in this one! I subscribed this.
I'm 42, and stand 5'6", I weigh 217. I will have to push myself because I know I need to do it but have no motivation. Now I have a reason to do this. My best friend is getting married in September 2023. You're probably saying, well that is a year and half away. Yes I know, but I am the Matron of Honor and I do NOT want to look ugly and huge in a form fitting dress. On a awesome note though, last year 2021, weighed almost 300 lbs. But out of nowhere I lost 60lbs in one year. No exercise, no weight loss pills no nothing. I just cut A LOT out of my diet. Now, I want to lose the weight. I want to be 150, toned. I will be going to the gym too getting toned. Please wish me luck on my journey and loose the weight and keep it off.
I currently am 98Kg i used to be 140 lost weight was happy and then i was depressed for not seeing results and gave up on myself now starting again 😊

I am heavy and starting to work out again. This was a perfect place to start. Low impact, the moves themselves are not challenging, but together amd in reps create enough of a workout that I feel like it did some good. I will be back! Thanks!

I wanted to do this everyday but I’m too lazy to do it.

I plan to try this tomorrow morning. If that doesn't work, I'll try something else. I've already changed up my diet reducing carbs (especially sugar!), increasing protein and fiber, and trying not to drink any calories.
I'm not tracking weight because that's not my goal. I want to have less aches & pains, I want to have more endurance, I want more energy.
One of the reasons I'm trying to focus on health is because I'm finally starting to entertain the possibility that I might get old- I thought I'd unalive myself before I reached 20 years old. Now my 25th birthday is around the corner and I'm only passively suicidal, which is the best it's been in over half a decade! I still doubt I'll make it to 40 years old but if I do, I'd like to not feel like crap.
Love the exercises. If only I could have a figure like that 🤪🤪
