Doing this before sleeping tysm btw yesterday I woke up with a really sore body it got abit better throughout the day but my legs were still killing me I couldn't rlly walk properly can I still workout ? I did this workout rn with sore legs but I skipped lunges anyway is it OK to exercise with sore legs ?

Luckily, i survive the whole plank part but it's so difficult. I've tried the exercise last saturday and been doing it every night and feel refreshed afterwards. I am overweight and have some digestive problems since birth so I'm keeping up with this routine just to solve the problem.
