Good lift solid form. For those that don’t understand how this is 315:
Each red plate is 25kg, 4 red plates = 100kg aka 220.46lbs.
Each green plate is 10kg, 2 plates = 20kg aka 44.09lbs.
Bar is standard 45lbs.
Add the silver small plates on the end of the bar to total 315.
