Question, does anyone know which is better? 30 minute sessions of intensive workout daily, or 2 hour calmer sessions 2-3 times a week? I've been getting Opposing reports and don't know which one is better for me, ty for the help

I daytrade all day and never exercise and I tried doing this in front of my PC>65inch tv monitor and it kicked my flat ass

If you want some progress I’d recommend starting on a gym.
