How much calories on average can you lose with this work out?
First time back with kettlebells after a few years break. Really enjoyed fitting this in to my day and if it wasn’t for the sweat I could get right back to work 😂 Scared for the stairs tomorrow but I will be back!! Thank you!

I almost never exercise except static bike once in a while. I though this was easy but I only can do first like 5 minutes with 4kgs. I'll try again tomorrow
I'm 8 months post partum. Second baby 2.5 year old. 2 c sections. Free weight regular 8 years ago and too intimated by my past ability and new post partum body to attempt working out. Until now! Thank you so much for this. 15 mins is so achievable for me right now and I feel amazing 👏🏻
