for all the men how do u even lift your legs that high i found second day harder than the first im okay with everything else but the leg exercises lmao by second set i cant even lift them lmao

Little tip, follow this workout for two days. Take A day off on the third day. On the fourth day it will be Much easier. I had no brakes on the forth day and followed the whole vid 🙂

This is my 3rd time doin this. 1st time, took SEVERAL breaks and hated this fuckin work out. 2nd time, took about 3 or 4 breaks. 3rd time (rn), only took a break between the 2 sets.
I didnt do this everyday, I did her lower ab intense workout when I didnt do this one and i think it really helped
I think I dead at least 10 times lol girlie them 10min sure felt long af! Lol
