I am doing this 4 days a week for volleyball conditioning! Very helpful, thank you!! If you can't do jumping jacks (For instance me because of cramps) You can do imaginary jumping ropes! Thanks again!

I was doing fitness blender 37 minutes cardio for 2 years and I was satisfied.lost 5 to 6 kg and my health issues vanished. But because of my work load I couldn't continue 37min work out. So I switched to 15 min . I was skipping 37 now and then but I'm going to do this without skipping. Thanks a lot Dear Kelly .π₯°

Im so distracted by her pulling at her pants that i canβt concentrate on the routine. Her workout cloths are like her equipment and she should know how they feel and fit before she dose a video. Throw them away!!
