No equipment & no jumping but heart rate high and sweating for sure! GREAT workout as always.
This 15 minute cardio is one of the best, very complete, it has no jumps, I don't bother my neighbors, I don't make noise, but it is very intense and burns a lot of calories. I like it because it works the whole body. It is ideal to do it at the beginning of a routine and finish it with 10 minutes of abdominals and stretching, it is perfect for very busy people who have little time to exercise. Thank you for these routines, they are very useful and necessary. We look forward to more short routines that are very effective. Thank you.
So my morning went to pot and I thought I’d ran out of time to sweat with you guys….then I remembered NML have got me covered with workouts of all shapes and sizes! I switched my planned workout for this beauty and boy am I sweating with you now!! Almost 9 months postpartum. Been doing your ab rehab and my 3 finger separation is almost closed! Been wanting more cardio and this was perfect! Used so many muscles I haven't used in too long! Day 2 since I did it and my booty and legs still hurt!

This is a perfect workout to do during my son’s 30-minute swim lesson where parents can’t stay and watch. It gets my butt outside to do 15 minutes of a workout instead of just sitting and waiting in my car!
