Only had 20 minutes before the gym shut today, not enough for a full sweaty shredder but Just fancied an old Sezzy workout. This was perfect. Forgot how much it gets me sweating in just 15 minutes. Love a real time work out
I just did this and it is brutal. I’m not exactly new to working out but I wouldn’t say I’m intermediate either 😂 I did have to do some alternative options like just stepping into the burpees rather than jumping and then just doing squats for the squat jumps and roll ups for reverse burpees because when I do them I get dizzy and also have an acidic feeling in my throat and can feel vom ready to come up but still feeling sweaty and like I’ve done something. Thank you!

Literally doing this workout every second day on my high carb day and it’s such a great workout that suits the variety of people with easy adjustment that can still be effective! Burning around 145cal every time I do this 15min workout 🤭💋

I'm going to do this or Sarah's other 15min fat burning workout 3 x a week and run 2 x a week for the next month. my goal is to be leaner for my graduation party and most importantly have that healthy glow. i'm also going to try to do a little updates here! starting tomorrow morning.

Under my personal control, my student lost 103 kg of excess weight (from 230 kg to 127 kg) in just 8 months !!! And in parallel, this result, which has no analogues in the whole world, was achieved by increasing the overall strength and endurance of his body !!!
