Loved the exercises but for whatever reason I prefer her timed workouts, not the counting Reps. Loved it though!

Clearly an area, I don’t focus on. Still was able to take my time. Choose the weight I could lift, especially when I don’t have much range of motion, doing the W. Will definitely add this to my routine again. Thank you 🏋🏽♀️

going on a few weeks now of doing this routine and I can feel the difference in having a stronger back muscles now. I stand for more than 10 hours a day this is helping me so much.

I was able to do up until the last work out. I held for like 3 sec. But I'm going to keep plugging at it until I can hold for the whole ten. Thank you for the inspiration to start working out!
