I've decided to give it a try cuz I was looking for some easy workout for today… couldn't finish it π I've learned that if I want to workout and feel good, I need to fuel my body enough and rest properly otherwise I'm laying on my bed shaky like now… and it's useless.. definitely will come back to this workout tho! β€
