I will turn 70 next year and after reaching my desired weight via Keto dieting, I realized to lose the body fat I want to lose I need to do body strengthening. I really like your workouts, tho I need to modify burpees and jumping (usually other exercise videos Love jumping jacks). Just want to say thank you for your videos
