I could do 6 minutes at the beginning. A week on, am up to the 10-minute mark. One has to build this up as the body gets used to and stronger. Hopefully in three to four weeks, I'd be able to do full 20-minute HIIT workout.
By the way, great music and the greenery around you makes one comfortable, rather than watching concrete blocks.
