I'm 29 and since I'm pretty damn tall I was recommended this by a friend. I fix computers so this is kinda new. I think it's a good starting point, and I can't even do some of them all the way. It's gonna take some time.

Frank- This is tremendous. Thank you. I'm 53 and tall (6'4" and 200 lbs) I'm trying to come back from a bulging lumbar disc so bodyweight is what i'm looking for. I already do a ton of stretching and PT-style exercises that target strengthening the glutes, making my hips more flexible, and build a stronger core. I AM AWARE THAT SOME OF THE EXERCISES SHOULD BE MODIFIED FOR ME LIKE TO ACCOMODATE MY LUMBAR SPINE.
Could you give me an idea of how you would incorporate this workout into a weekly routine? My plan is to do dynamic stretching and then workout. How does this schedule look to you:
Day 1 – HIIT (your routine)
Day 2 – Cardio for 30 min. Possibly some ab/core work (Tabata)
Day 3- HIIT (your routine)
Day 4 -Cardio Possibly some ab/core work (Tabata)
Day 5 – Rest Active Recovery
Day 6- HIIT
Day 7 – Cardio Possibly some ab/core work (Tabata)
