I love love this workout, it was first kettlebell workout last year when I started using kettle bells, I now use 20kg and I do two sets with one minute rest time. It’s a great workout💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I do kettlebell swings 6 times a week, and my sleeping buttocks are very angry these days.
Trying to improve my work out since I have been in a plateau for more than 3 months. Based on what I have read, I have to add strength workout and so, I bought kettlebells. This video looks easy but gave me all the sweat!

By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.

Not really mine. For a beginner two swings in one exercise? It goes too much on the legs. I found better workouts.

Interesting workout! But form is key, so I’d definitely recommend working out in front of a mirror if possible. FYI, I burned around 150 active calories 😄
