I can’t feel my legs
Hi Sarah, I am new to yoga and am struggling with the dancer’s pose/warrior 3/half moon transitions. I simply cannot due dancer’s pose (though I keep trying, I keep falling over) Is there a modification or alternate pose I could do during this part to help me build strength and eventually do it? Thank you for any advice-

I started today! I did modified a bit and like she said don't strain. It's hard at first but it gets better 10 minutes in and all the sweat was worth it! It felt so good… thank you🙏🙏❤️👍👍

I started doing yoga because I want to relax and because exercise make me so tired but after trying your 10 mins beginner yoga for 1 week I love it so much and Now I've tried 4 of your videos for 3 week and I don't have many stress even if I have many things to do and I've lose some weight too .I really love your yoga videos and Thank you.🥰

I will try this for 10 days
I just finished your 7 day challenge and then I tried this video for the first time. While it was a bit of a jump for me I plan to try again tomorrow and hopefully I will be able to let it flow more. I enjoyed getting a little sweaty without feeling like I am over doing it.
I can't begin to tell you how much I loved this workout. I feel energized! I started your videos 2 weeks ago and have done them daily. I probably did yoga 3 times in my life. You make it so simple. I have gained more flexibility and alleviated pain. I'm doing your workouts in combination with stretch classes, acupuncture and a chiropractor. I honestly thought I was dying with pain ftom a torn meniscus, lower back pain, sciatica and stiff joints and spine. I am free in only 2 weeks. I'm never going back. Thank you!!!! Bless you!!!
Is water weight jiggly?
My favorite part was learning that I should always tighten my core when exercising. Helps with balance and increasing focus.
I love this routine sm 😀 I rlly love how you still get so much out of it even if you modify some of the moves. I have super bad knees, so I really appreciate yoga that can be done even with my knees 🙂

I've been doing these asanas fora month now. They make me sweat all right but I'm getting this terrible pain in my shoulders , neck and wrists.
My colleagues and I are free from teaching now and we have 3 weeks to kill, so we decided to do yoga in the classroom and we have been doing her 10-minute and 15-minute videos. Today, we gave this video a go and OMG! we were all over the place but really had fun!
This Yoga session really help me so much. I had a hard time with my balance but in time I will get better.

I kept thinking, “oh this isn’t going to be hard I do yoga quite a lot!” But apparently doing yoga “quite a lot” still wasn’t enough for me. I definitely made it through but this practice was challenging and fast!

@sarahbethyoga, any suggestions for your vids to prepare for this one? I can’t lift my right leg up off the floor, my left just a bit, and use my dresser to help with balance.
