But plants cause joint inflammation? Jordan Peterson?
i really wish people that insist on eating mostly plants would stop listening to media and politicians and start researching things on their own. your body needs vitamins and minerals and protein that just does not coke from plants. plants are hard on the digestive track. yes, we can eat them but were never intended to be an end all to beat all food. the bioavailability of vitamins and minerals in meat is so much easier. we are omnivorous not herbivores. we are intended to eat meat folks. eat meat 1st, some plants, exercise and cut out the processed and politicized crap foods that come in a box or that has more than 1 ingredient.
Tips worth GOLD! Thanks for sharing🙏🙏🙏
Absolutely bang on!
I’m finding a rule of one is helping me. Only one portion of a thing, no more. If I want more fruit after eating a banana, I can’t eat another banana, and so on. It also helps me appreciate the food in the moment.
I've been eating healthy for a while now but just recently started to bulk because I've always been slim. So lately I've been eating like a horse between 3200-4000 calories. It's alot of food not gonna lie. I kind of don't have a choice, don't want to be skinny anymore.
Oh come on! My 99 year old grama ate a meat and potatoes diet every day…she always said "cream, meat, potatoes, cake!"
Shadap buddy.
Love it! It is that simple… thank you
Fresh Vegetables and Clean Water oh Also Fresh Fruit
Are fruits healthy to eat? I find that kind of doubtful as of late.
Sounds like the traditional Mediterranean diet.
Guys just buy a salad bowl big enough for 3 people or bigger. Fill with salad and veggies top with chicken breast or steak fried in olive oil and salt and pepper and some lemon. Do that for dinner to get started it’s easy.
I need willpower tips
They want you to eat more plants and be weak. Hunter gatherers were mostly meat eaters and we're more rigid. Yeah hardvard, that's what they want to tell you.
and protein supplements…
Yep! Great stuff!
What is this sauce!!!
Mostly Plant, be Vegetarian!!😍 Thanks a lot for propagating vegetarianism.
I am curious to what your opinion is on cutting/bulking. Do you think these are both BS and one should always eat the same amount of food and groups of food?
"I'm not saying this as a vegan". Dude your whole channel is literally aimed at recruiting vegans. It's no wonder your channel hasn't grown in such a long time. You've been sitting on 300k subs forever as it has stalled due to cherry picked info you put in your videos.
I used to love your channel but now the whole "meat and dairy is the enemy" play book is getting old and tired and literally holds people back from making real gains.
Even looking at yourself, you are so smooth and flat which most people become on a vegan diet.
Follow guys like Chris Heria, Fitness faqs, Saturn Movement etc to see what a proper calisthenics lifestyle should be like and what benefits you can get from proper balanced diets.
I unsubbed as you have just gone off the deep end into the fairyland of veganism like most vegans do.
Oh you’re vegan! 😃
Eat real food
If it grows eat it,
if they’re sentient don’t eat them
You're wrong about the plants bro. Eat more meat, not less.
Love your videos..simple easy tips that are worth their weight in gold. Thanks for always breaking it down to easily digestible direct information without fluff.
Idk. Beef, salt, water. My weight is dropping off. Energy and drive is through the roof. Making big gains at the gym. My doctor loved my labs. Besides cholesterol. But he said to keep doing what I'm doing
Where’s the fasting in what you said? If you keep eating all day long, you won’t lose weight. The human body and all its hormones are designed for feasting in short windows and fasting for the most part, using glycogen and stored body fat while the fast is in progress
My interpretation of the data is that the only reason people who eat a lot of plant food report as being healthier is the plant food is displacing lots of horrible processed non-food. Meat and animal fat is generally the way to go, as is food combining and water fasting.
Vegans are hot
Excellent advice dude.
I predict you’ll be eating your words in a decade or two. Harvard Health may well be ‘prestigious’ but therein lies a gang of idealogues (NOT science) heavily biased, and ignoring science that is in direct contrasts with what is in effect their beliefs. Plants of course can be part of a healthy diet for most but they are FAR from ubiquitously healthy or even safe to consume without careful consideration of their negative traits (and there are MANY), and proper preparation.

Eat foods with one ingredient. Process them your self. You can survive on plants short term. Some essential fatty acids and amino acids are only available in animal foods.
You look like Johny
This is gold!
Change the 2nd one to "mostly meats" and you'll be even healthier!
Eat meat, mostly muscle, include bones
