Loved this workout I am only allowed to do seated upper body workouts and chair yoga after dropping a tray on my flat feet at work and have been in a boot since January 17th.

Love these workouts. I was doing these pretty regularly until my cancer diagnosis. SO, after chemo and after radiation it has still taken me a few months to get back to the workouts. My most difficulty is motivation… but today I did a 30- minute and got through the entire workout! YAY! AND thank you for creating these exercises for older adults!
I found this exercise HASfit lately and now I do them regularly. I am suffering from Arthritis and this exercises truly help me to reduce the aches & pains I had on my shoulders.
