i was thinking maybe we could add a bit of calves into these, i've been trying to finish with a two minute tip toe hold for it but i don't think it's enough and i don't know many calf exercises. thanks !

I am feeling so empowered after this work out! Madi, thank you. I have been doing your 30-day playlist to increase my strength post recovering from Covid and to gain muscle tone before my wedding just a month away! I was amazed how strong I felt through this workout, and that I was able to do the last set of plank jacks without a break. First, I want to say that I absolutely love this workout! Next, I have to say that this is the VERY FIRST COMMENT I HAVE EVER WRITTEN ON YOUTUBE simply because I have NEVER felt connected to any other instructor that I’ve subscribed to! There seems to be either a lack of compassion or maybe there is just a simple deficiency in “talent” these days! ¡Ser honesto! 😋🤷🏻♀️ That being said, I would love to see more challenging workouts, please! This one was great because I am sweating profusely, however, I can’t seem to find any workouts that REALLY challenge me OR that make me feel “the BURN” 🔥 that I love to feel by the end of my workouts. I strongly feel that YOU (with compassion & talent) can create something challenging/intimidating for me (out of every other instructor that I’ve subscribed to)! 🥰 Así, thank you very much for all of your creative techniques and superb videos!
