Fantastic workout. Do you have a good hiit cardio workout with no walk downs or burpee's? My wrists start hurting, and it's hard for me to do more than 1 set repetition.
I have a question : is this workout alone enough to lose like 20 kilos i mean of course along with healthy eating. Plus I'm working daily using different videos of yours not just one.
