Hi all. I know I'm late, I'm back trying this again I'm at 117 kg 1.72cm . I gained about 30kg since COVID started. I pray I'm able to do this again and start 2023 on a clean start

Tried this for the first time today as a new sub; it was so weird bc the ones I thought I would struggle at, I got through just fine and the ones I was confident I would get through, I struggled! But I felt: determined, accomplished and hyped

8/6/22 low impact with a lot of effort only gave me 227 active cal burn. I'll try harder next time!

I’ve been doing low intensity workouts for a while and have been getting stronger so I figured this would be relatively easy. After all, I got through basic training right? Wake up call this workout kicked my ass and I loved every second of it. I’m going to be doing this at least 3 times a week I currently weigh 152 and have a goal of getting to and maintaining a lean muscular 140 or so. I’ll update in a month where I’m at!

Whew! What an incredible workout. Loved the strength circuits first and then the cardio w light weights that followed. I took very little rest and I am feeling like this is my all time favorite. Thank u Tracy! My new once per week “go to” workout!

Did not like the jumping parts. I don’t thinking any jumping exercise is required when getting in shape. If you have boobs and thighs it’s not fun at all having everything slapping around.

Started this today Wednesday 22nd june.
Day 1 – very intense had to have a few breaks between but im surprised i completed the whole 30 minutes. Very sweaty afterwards!! You feel good afterwards!😊
First video of yours and it was great!! Exercises were intense but not impossible to follow and I really enjoyed the sweat I got from this haha
