I enjoyed this workout. Long enough to get a sweat on but short enough to fit in between telework meetings.

Little suggestion here, you showed a few stretching exercices to do on the bike, and i just thought, why not make a dedicated video on pre-ride and post-ride stretching? Perhaps some sort of stretching routine. I always struggle to find a decent stretching routine video online before and after my sessions. Thanks a lot!

Is there anything special you need to setup when doing these workouts with Wahoo Kickr or do you just plug in and go? I've only used my Kickr with Zwift.
Really have liked your indoor/outdoor mixed stuff in the past where half or more of it is view of an outside ride! (Dolomites, etc) With it up on my 65" is gives me at least a small distraction of being stuck inside! The 55min FTP Threshold Interval w/Emma&Hank and Sweet Spot Intervals with Si some of my favorites, don't mind repeating! Definitely would like to see some longer workouts (40-60min) – then at least with a solo extendedwarmup and cooldown it can be a solid chunk of training.
