gonna try for two weeks and see what result I got👌
Day 1: only 4 rounds, sorry 🥴
Day 2: okay, my calves were killing me so I did 4 rounds, but were easier than yesterday!!👌 hope I can do 5 rounds tomorrow
Day 3: Dang, couldn't do it
Day 4: Only finished two rounds… my mom came lol
Day 5: Dang 😩
Day 6: Dang 😩
Day 7 and first results: Here again lol I was on "vacation" so I ate a lot of junk food… I did 4 rounds and a half
Day 8: aparently I lost 2 kg, now I'm 88 kg
Day 9: It was easier, but had to take more time in round 3 and 4 to do round 5

Day2: 55.2kg no rope jumping , finish 6 rounds
Day3: 55.5 kg ,no rope jumping, finish 6 rounds, I feel to become easier than day 1 😁
Day 4 : 55.4kg ,no rope jumping, finish 6 rounds
Day 5 ,6 :rest
Day 7 : 56.2 kg, no rope jumping, finish 6 rounds, feel easy
Day 8,9 : no time to do😭
Day 10 : 54.9, with rope , easy finish 6 rounds

I don't like jumping rope jogging is my thing but do you lose more fat jogging than skipping

Every time I try and jump rope my feet and ankles end up hurting really bad. For some reason I can't do light jumping when using rope, I jump and land too hard or I trip

I'm absolutely new to skipping rope and I could only do it for 5 minutes it's super frustrating not being able to jump normally. It always gets stuck to everything and always feels too short of a rope 😭
