i love this guys i saw it on my reccomended and i am no so fit but this makes me fit
only towards the end did I consciously realize how much I enjoyed seeing someone who wears glasses in a workout video! As a person who also needs glasses al the time it's nice to see them on someone not just as the "too lazy to put in contacts today" version 🙂
Good workout but the pace is wayyyyy too fast, before you start the exercise 10 seconds already gone, will not recommend for beginners

Thank you for the workout. Really enjoyed it. I love that you keep saying "no pace is wrong". I've discovered that I unconsciously play a playlist of coaching voices in my head telling me that what I'm doing is not enough. So, by you saying "no pace is wrong" really makes me comfortable with increasing my pace mindfully without sacrificing form.
