Another good workout! On the military press, why don’t you lower your elbows to your side? A former coach said to lower your elbows- can’t remember his reason.

What a fun cardio upperbody workout. I didn’t have time to do a longer workout for this morning. I had a good time doing this one though. I fastenend pace some cardio moves and lifted a few pounds heavier dumbells. It worked great.💪

This was terrific. I injured my elbow from lifting (tennis elbow?) and am taking it easy(ish). I modified this workout–upping some and taking it easy on others. Perfect. Thank you.

Very good full body workout for beginners. Easy to modify with increased weight and jumps for us non-beginners.

I’m not a beginner but I wasnt feeling like I wanted a really hard workout. But once I started this, I thought, I’m gonna amp this up. So I modified it the harder way using jumping and heavier weights. Perfect!
