Loved this video! I've done some of your intermediate videos and enjoy them but this one was really helpful for building some technique pieces I'm still not doing consistently/hadn't thought about before. Doing less and slower movements but trying to do each rep with perfect technique was a really good workout!

My hips were killing me lol but this was so relaxing. This was the first Pilates video that I was able to match and understand my breathing. I should’ve done this before bed bc now I want to knock out again lol ty!

I usually weight lift, but my legs and hips are getting tight, and my posture isn't great. My first pilates class. Deffo need to do it again cos my brain gets confused between inhale and exhale and left and right 😂

I know this is an older video, but I feel like it confirmed for me that I need to do pilates as workout. I am curious not all of your videos say their level of expertise, is there a way to know as I made the mistake of starting with a more advanced one a few months ago and got scared.
