Who would have thought that Pilates will ball could be sooo challenging! Loved it, but it wasn’t easy!
This was challenging and fun workout. I was sweating so much!🥵🙂 How big is this Pilates ball? I improvised with yoga blog, but in that side abs series it wasn't possible to follow without ball.

THIS WAS SO DAMN HARD! I had to skip the side ab workout cause i didn’t have a ball to use but besides that I enjoyed it.
