Excellent workout. Request you to post more belly fat workout. One question: earlier I use to loose more calories but now fewer calories than before. Can you please let me know the reason for the same.

It is a super enthusiastic workout sessions…. doing this particular session for the first tym… following your channel since Feb 2022… in this particular session I could not hop while doing the leg raise… because of some knee issues at my end… overall it was fun doing these
Love the moves..hope soon will reduce my bellyfat😊😊😊😊😊😊

The one important criticism I must say though is that in several of your routines, you tend to do one side but not the other in some of the moves. I noticed in your latest drop that was not the case, so I hope that you are aware and have corrected this. Otherwise, you are PERFECTION! We love you!
