This is really a great ab burn for me . About a year I dia was ago with a transient ischemic attack ( TIA). These exercises really help with my mobility. I have to get Mri' s Ecg or Ekg's. My neurologist told to to take a baby asprin once a day as well thank you so much for these exercises
Coming out of a back injury I felt low as I’m used to high intensity super hard workouts but you channel has made me realize that my come back is greater then my set back. Your workout are challenging enough to take me to a different mindset about how to handle recovery and still feel good about myself

Great workout and WOW, who knew light weights could feel so HEAVY! I liked it bc it was low impact as I have plantar fasciitis with 2 heel spurs.

HAS Fit is great! Thank you for making free and doable workouts for everyone on any fitness level. Its nice to have the options to do mild or intense moves. I get a good sweat on without being intimidated by the moves or workouts themselves. Thank you for making these workouts possible!
I am a 72-year-old woman who has been doing your HASfit workouts daily during the pandemic. I looked at numerous videos on YouTube, but found yours to be the most professional and motivating.
