I like your workouts Anna and I'm a regular on your page. I however find the no rest workouts to be unnecessarily hard. Rest is good for motivating one for the next exercise. Honestly, with the amount back to back exercises there was with no rest one will be forito go through them without proper form which defeats the purpose of the whole thing. I think 2-4 exercises back to back would make much more sense. Even for a finisher that much work without catching a breath is really too much.
Am I the only one that’s super confused about the exercise at around 33:00? All the one leg glute bridges? I’m super lost… thus is meant to be no repeats but it looks like she’s just repeating the same workout a bunch of times in a row
I struggled so hard during the leg portion and almost gave up (lunges are the worst but thanks to you I can actually do more then 2 in a row) but after the ab portion I feel so strong 💪🏻 so glad I pushed through
Nah this was insane, did this first thing in the morning and my body’s now shaking, but also feeling absolutely amazinggg x
