I loved Nastia's outfit today; very cute. Not sure if this would help anyone but, when I do squats, I try lifting the front of my feet, ever so slightly on the way down, to make sure my weight is in the back of my feet. That way, I know I'm doing them right and not leaning forward. I hope that makes sense. Great workout…Thx!!
