I have backache badly. 1 doctor says you have disk problem and another says vain problem. Fro 5 years I am trying to recover but it is increasing day by day. Now my legs are looking jam and have pain in both lags due to which sometimes I feel bad pain in my knees.
Kindly need remedy if you share steps to get ride of these pains.

I discovered this workout during lock down and I loved it.. It's been two years and I still feel it super effective 💪
I was feeling a little tired,thought this would be an easy workout but this was too hard..My legs are aching after doing this.

Still one of the toughest but awesome popsugar workouts!!! I sadly was able to do this better in like 2017 / 18 back when i used to do it regularly but boy! still proud i got through it!

wow, i've done a lot of different workouts and the first 10 minutes of this one may have been the most challenging ever. my glutes were on FIRE and i may have cried a lil during the last reps LOL

Constant ads in the middle of workout sets. So annoying, won’t be doing this one again.

I have worked out along with this video every week for the last 4 years. I love this workout so much. I also do the Lisa Corsello video where Anna is pregnant every week. It helps me stay mobile even with my injuries.
Loved the workout but the ads in the middle of the activity literally ruined it. At least place them in between exercises so you don’t have to stop the activity to skip the ad.
Honestly found that this was so quick that I couldn’t concentrate on movement/form which I didn’t like

Does anyone know if this would be safe to do in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy? 🙂 love doing this workout buuuut 12 weeks pregnant now and bit worried about all the ab crunches in the middle/jumps etc
