Too many things to keep paying attention to. I can’t even concentrate on the exercise itself. I’ve exercised all my life and I’m not stranger to the gym, but I’m not saving this one.

I'm 61 and went through cancer. Gained all kinds of weight. Now I am trying to find a good exercise program. This is a good one for my belly. I felt that workout in my abdomen. Thanks for the awesome workout!

Is it ok to add wrist or ankle weights? I feel like that would also help firm up the arms and possibly help tone the legs

Great work out at 84 along with coordination exercise.
This looks a routine that I can use to start me on the road to exercising. I'm 64 and been sedentary during this pandemic and recent loss of my husband. I hope to use this to ease into some good habits in my new life chapter.

great exercises but the coordination choreography is really hard.
