I like the step ups and do that on leg day, but a bit modified. I have a dumbbell on each arm and after the step up, when i go down, i do a back lunge. 10 reps then switch legs. 3 sets.

i am 11,i used to run fast,now my speed decreased,so i wanted to excerise at home,plus schools havent reopened till now..
ive lose weight 18kgs in last 2mnths doing planks & running am slowly improving & can do 3 runs a day i usually only run for 15-20minutes & havent smoked any pot in 2weeks so my lungs & sinus isnt bothering me as much but have lose alot of weight runnin & planking im gettin lazy at running tho i need to get me a bike & i wana do swimmin just need more work but definitly wana run at least 30-40minutes soon just feel kinda irriated from runnin so much & weight lose especially after i run i was eating quite unhealthy as well i had a 5day eating binge as well few days ago i dont have much money to buy fruits & alot of veges its quite expenisve to eat healthy + with financial issues in last 3yrs can b hard only reason im losing weight is i struggled doing container work last yr & felt sick with back pain & being overweight i was at 120kgs am now at 102kgs in 2mnths its more arthits pain not so much nowdays with alot more plankin & runnin definitly wil do such things out my door step & apply few things i dont have band & such i stil need to buy equipment like free weights & flexbility is good i can sleep alittle better now to i wana get to 80-75kgs i think is a healthy weight for me as well am at 102kgs atm body & mind gettin bored of runs tho

Why not squat heavy?
I weigh 83kg and since couple of days started to jog but now I have pain in my right leg ankle. I want to strengthen my legs to pull my body weight, please suggest me some strength training/exercises so I can run better without injury.

Good stuff! Question for you. I have had three knee surgeries and I have just been given permission to start running 1-2 miles for now after no running for approx 9 months. What exercises are best to help strengthen my leg muscles and supporting tendons and ligaments around my knee joint?
i always get a cramp in my hamstring when doing a one leg bridge or something similar. I'll give 6:05 a try, and see how it goes.
