Alright I’m going to try to do this for as long as I can, I want to lose weight and couldn’t join a school sport and I’m going to attempt to eat less junk. I will also try to eat before school because usually that results in me overeating after school
Day 1: didn’t eat before school but I also controlled myself and didn’t eat junk food except for not a lot ice cream and like 10 small chocolate chips, I finished the entire workout even though I didn’t feel like it but I still pushed myself to do it, it was a 7/10 hardness. I usually workout but I took a break for about a week because of school see you tomorrow
why did i only burnt 270 calories in 100 calorie workout
My watch says i only burn 198 calories 😰 I'm 49kg. Gotta find another workout that burns more.
This so cap lol I burn around 200 calories walking 2 miles in 45 mins. You telling me you add 5 more mins and HIIT and Id burn 800 more calories? Ain’t no way lol MAYBE 100-200 at best which is still good but not 800 lol

I've completed all the sets, but there were some moves (burpee) I couldn't do, so I changed it to jumping jack 😂

day 2: did 30 min; felt more fatigued than the previous day

Intense!!!!! Finished the whole workout. Burned 380 calories. No way you could burn 1000. Loved the challenge, the different workouts, DISLIKE all the ads that interrupt the heart rate if your trying to keep it up. I just kept going with the same workout or did jumping jacks to keep it up between those ads.
