Day 4 and I notice the difference in waist line – yes already notice !!! I’m still getting out of breath but this is amazing – last night cooked a spaghetti bolognaise drained out all the fat and added a tin of green lentil it was delicious and filling ! Whilst it was cooking I did my workout 7 mins yes just 7 mins !! Thankyou Lucy you are a star 🌟
Still using the workout after 2 months and it is still providing a challenge with an increased work rate, thank you Lucy for such a versatile exercise set 👍😊

Lucy is this good for lower back fat feet too. I want to cry when I see my back fat.
Lucy I am 51 and going for a full hysterectomy (not keyhole) within 3 months. I would like to prepare as much as I can so recovery is perhaps easier. Would you have any specific exercise videos to help me prepare? I do carry some excess middle aged tummy fat due to a medically induced menopause.
I am fit and strong but also have a weak back and core. There are so many videos to choose from …. thanks x

Hi Lucy, been doing the workout for a couple of weeks, along with your 5 min warm up. The routines have added extra exercise into my week, they are easy to follow and are making a tangible difference. I use several of your workouts but this is my new favorite. The 30 seconds per move flies by and I can feel my arms and legs getting stronger day by day which is a big bonus in a workout targeted to reducing belly fat. I have been combining this with the 4 min standing ab workout for a quick morning routine.

today is my 7th day i feel lighter but i havent seen any changes with my belly fats yet i guess it's bc i still ate huge amount of carbohydrates, sweets and salty foods throughout the 7days🤦♀️ tomorrow I'll try to cut off my carbo foods and eat a small portion :>> i hope i can finally see changes :>> see yall nxt week.

Hi! I’ve been trying for months with these but like nothing happened and I did them A LOT so it’s mainly my food intake amount and mostly bad things even if I took a little. As well could be type of exercise but we’re going to try for a week!

I followed you last year I lost 15 lbs in 30 days!( Only because I did twice a day) I plan on continuing this spring and throughout summer I'm starting today I should have never stopped ..I was so addicted I did 1. In the morning and afternoon. Lucy work outs work!

I'm not exactly a beginner. I just haven't worked out and got really out of shape especially in the belly area bc well life happened and I've started to begin taking care of myself again. I noticed you have alot of 7 day ab workouts out and that's what I def need. Does it matter which I do? Do u have to do them in order that they come out? Or can u do the ones you like best? Thank you. I have completed the first one btw.
