Ok! So I am well near the end of my 3rd week doing this. I am obese and have a pear-shaped body, I have been doing this workout alongwith other of Lucy's workouts. Changes I felt;
1. Increased flexibility
2. Increased stamina when I walk, I used to get tired a lot
3. I can definitely see the real shape of my legs but as I am obese with massive thighs it will take longer-but I think according to my body type I think I am seeing the change
4. When I walk I feel I can put my legs together (closer than when I started)
So yeah! I think this works well. Will keep doing it as long as I can along with Lucy's other workouts.

I've been feeling down lately due to my weight and size. It's not that i particularly hate being chubby, in fact I enjoy it, however, recently my weight crossed the eighty kilos mark and I'm a 169 cm female so for me that's too much and I don't want to have health problems. Its a genetic thing and my maternal side has always had a problem with thyroid (my mum and grandmother) so I want to get healthy and confident. Therefore I'm going to be doing the legs, belly and arm workout for the next week! So, here goes!…….I guess? Wish me luck, guys. God knows I'm gonna need it.
So I have a huge event round the corner and I don't fit in my dress (jumpsuit)
so going to start this challenge
also a few rules I am following are:-
drinking at least 5 l off water
No sweets and salty foods
increase my step count to 8,000
finished dinner by 7 pm (going to try and eat light)
had ginger tea(to boost my metabolism)
👉RIGHT THIGH – 25 inches
👉LEFT THIGH – 24.5 inches
👉WEIGHT – 62 kg or 137 pounds
going to do this every day and keep u guys updated

Thighs before- 24 inch
Day 1- Done! Not as easy as it looks! But definatly makes you sweat! Move 7 was really hard for me as i did it down on the ground.
Day 2- Done! This was harder on the second day for some reason :/ I did the modified move 7 because my waist is sore today. I did it one time today. Hopefully i can do it 2x tomorrow 🙂
Should we exercise when we are on periods days
I just did her tummy & arm work out and I think, feel, and know if I stay consistent, I'll be successful. All your comments are really inspiring and motivating. These exercises aren't too hard, you feel the muscles working without the agony & sting.

I’m going to do this because I hate how my legs rub against eachother and chubby they are so let’s start
Starting length: upper thigh 59 inches lower thigh 45inch
Day 1: ✅ didn’t really know hot to do the moves but still burnt
Day 2: ✅ made me sweat so much more now that I know how to do this
Day 3: ✅I felt so sore but still did it
Day 4: ✅ broke big sweat
Day5: break dayyy
I love this, I hate doing workouts but here I get distracted by her talking and time goes fast. I also love the streches at the end that most workout videos dosen't have.❤️
Hopefully this and my calorie deficit are a great combo

here am I to tell you how I'm doing with this workout!
day 1- I did it yesterday and I felt a bit weaker, actually I couldn't feel very comfortable doing the training session. I felt uncomfortable doing something out of what I am get used to.
day 2- I did it today and I felt a lot better! I felt more into the trainings and actually i sweat a lot more than yesterday. I felt more motivated seeing that I got more used to the exercises and managed to do them with more energy than yesterday. I'm feeling good!
day 3- I've just finished now! I felt a bit more unmotivated, actually. but it was more easy than yesterday and I'm happy with that. hope it really gives me results, I'm really trusting in this video. that's it for day 3.
day 4- I ended up doing them in the afternoon. I felt better about my exercise resistance, but I didn't stop getting tired. I'm sweating more than yesterday and I think that's a good thing. I hope I can do even better tomorrow!

I have very very thick thighs which cause a lot of dysphoria and just general body shame. I don't like how they look. (Also they rub together and its so uncomfortable!) I'm an artist as well so I spend ALL day sat down drawing, staring at a screen!!
-On Day 1 I managed to get to exercise 4 before I had to stop because I was so exhausted , I'm still really proud of myself for starting tho!
-It's now Day 2 and I managed to get to 5, my legs feel so HEAVY and I'm red hot, very sweaty. BUT I'm very proud of myself for getting a step further! I hope tomorrow I'll be able to get to the next exercise!

First of all, thank you so much for making this video. This one and the 7 minutes workout for the belly are the two favs that I follow daily! They work wonders. One tiny suggestion: any chance you can make this one like the 7 minutes workout without the explanations in between? It's just nicer to follow everyday. 🙂

Day 1: ✅ This was somehow easier then last time. I kept water with me and drank some whenever I got tired. So happy to be back!
Day 2: ✅Today was a little harder than yesterday but that’s okay. I feel very motivated to keep going!
