1 – Jumping Jacks 0:05
2 – Burpees 0:07
3 – Bicycles 0:15
4 – In & Outs (Open and Closed) 0:20
5 – Side to Side Jump Squats 0:25
6 – Shoulder to Shoulder 0:29
7- Switching Lounges 0:33
8 -High Knee Runs 0:38
Do at least 3 to 4 rounds for maximum results.
Remember:
-Keep your core tight;
-Regulate your breathing;
-Keep a stady pace, but mantain the form.
