Hello Jared. I've been doing your workouts since 2019 and I've lost a lot of weight. I was 186 lbs and now I'm down to 135. I just tried this workout and I got abs cramp for at least 5 minutes. Any advice on how to avoid this? I'm 2 min into this workout and I get cramps.

Thank you so much! This is a great workout. For years I have been doing the same routine. 60(3×20) push-ups and sit-ups M thru F, and 60(3×20) squats M,W,F and curls on Saturday. At 37 years old I think I am in decent shape, but I still have some flab, loose skin, around the mid-section. I started this on 7/4/22 and am doing it everyday M-F, 5x so far and I can already notice an improvement. Thank you so much.

Two questions, how many times should I do this workout? Second question is when will I see results?
Isn't #2 exactly the same as #7 ?
