Not worth for someone who has been exercising for past 5 months regularly. The rest time is so big, I almost took nap in between. I checked the timing of the video. It is 25 mins and I thought I will get a god burn. What turned out to be less than 15 mins of total exercise. Plus a cool down is necessary. May be it's good for beginners

It's a great workout I have been following it for around a week and I can feel my arms becoming little tighter, however I am not sure but I think that my forearms became a bit more heavy after this workout, maybe I am doing something wrong or is it normal?
I started today.. i have so much fat on my upper body especially my burst.. lets see how it goes.
