I’m dedicating myself to your training and advice, but find while doing the slow twitch muscle exercises, urinary leakage in small amounts is often provoked. Does this have any particular significance in terms of my technique or postoperative anatomy?

I have one doubt about the excercise, is it normal to feel some pleasure or am I contracting the wrong part of my body?, cause when I focus on the part that you described like turtle hiding his head I donpt know it feels a little bit of pleasru in that area, thanks in advance for your response, great series of videos.

so it's ideal to workout the PF pretty well every second day, to allow time for recovery ? Would it be ideal to do the sets in relatively close proximity to each other? like 5 mins between each set, similar to how you'd take a mini break before doing another round of squats at the gym?
